A suspicious vehicle complaint. It's already left the scene. 199 East Badger for the Forward Learning. Our caller saw a subject that was filming people in the parking lot, and then that suspect left following another vehicle while still filming a black sedan left eastbound on Badger. They're following a gray SUV. We don't have any victims on the line. Just to check area at this point.
