Township units, holding a trouble subject, 300 Detroit Street. White male, Alan Pinckney. He's here. He stole two bikes out of the caller's shed. Says that he has a no trespass order on the male. He's now riding a red bike northbound. Unknown weapons or clothing descriptions. It's been ongoing issues with the male. Dispatch to Medic 411 in Sparrow. Medic 411. Are you close to being able to turn over and get a southbound medic to go up?
