1-30. It's going to be 51 Larkspur Court. The caller advises a dog running loose for a few hours. He's on a long leash, but he's running into the road and surrounding areas. He belongs to the above residence. He has a name and tag, unknown if anyone's home. They do not wish to speak with patrol. He's currently near the dumpster in the mailbox.
