465. 452 and 465, it's in a 68 with a weapon reading like a possible menacing. 713 Avery Ave off of Erie and Herkimer. Canon via Spanish interpreter said the male was sent to the address by the bank after an eviction. A subject at the house approached him with a knife and then went inside. He's wearing blue shorts and a white shirt. 11-21.
