31. North 90th Street, Stone Avenue North, in front of the middle school. There's a male who's groaning in pain and clutching his chest. Caller's not close enough to interact. No obvious injuries or drug paraphernalia. We did screen fire, but they're not responding. It's a white male, 50s to 60s, medium build, black shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes. Caller saw a passerby interact with the subject who appeared to be friendly. North 90th Street, Stone Avenue North.
