928, you're being dispatched to a welfare check at the Walmart, 6420 Petrie Way. 6420 Petrie Way, cross streets of Philadelphia, in a dead end. There was a white male, thin-build with fuzzy blonde hair and a white t-shirt and jeans that was slumped over his cart nearby the Walmart. It's in the corner where the carts are by the charging station. It's closer to Philadelphia.
