Signal 12 is a white, orange, and red Jeep Gladiator, last seen heading northbound on Lorain Road, driven by a white male in his 30s with facial hair, wearing a tank top or short sleeves. Time lapse 20 minutes. He was cutting off other vehicles and speeding. No further, 10-43, 1098 Bolo, 1009 hours.
