Alright. Union sector trespass, 5031 University Way Northeast, unit 105 at the Academy for Precision Learning. Suspect has been previously trespassed, is on scene under a sleeping bag near the south entrance and basketball court. It's a white male, 30-years-old, 6'1"-2", medium build, balding red hair, under a sleeping bag with a shopping cart. It's 5031 University Way Northeast. And radio copies, 1 Union 1 will handle that call. We'll get the other units back. We're out for the welfare check.
