Engine 25, units broadcast for a highway violence, southbound 880 North and Mowry, described only as a semi-truck with a trailer. They gave a plate of 7 Boy Adam 54 D David, which is wrecker not on file. Looks like the driver was yelling out the window at the RP. And tailgating. Follow only southbound 880 North and Mowry. Golden Gate is clear to be anyway, 520-517.
