Most likely car went on fire due to modifications
Can’t you see that the person who was driving the car is visibly upset? Obviously didn’t set the car on fire.
Looks like someone car is on Fire!!!!!.... Setting cars on fire so early in the morning?..
It was purposely done, can't even park in that area.
