Received. It's going to be 336 25 Avenue East. It came in just a couple minutes ago. Five minutes prior, suspect was seen breaking into a vacant house by defeating the lock on the window and going inside. We'll find out what side of the house that window's on. He's a White or Hispanic male in his 30s, 5'7", muscular build, short brown hair, blue t-shirt, shorts with a wagon that he left outside.
