Engine 4 responding to a patient that has fallen off her scooter and is bleeding from the face, along with has a gash on her leg, going in and out of consciousness. Going to be between the Jones-Jaggers building and PFT, 1700 block of Avenue of Champions, cross of Thurman University Boulevard and College Heights at 417. Any units responding to 2340 West Book Road, be advised that if contact times 2, left for voicemail, will attempt to make contact.
