Midnight Charlie 1, Midnight Charlie 2. Copy, a burglary in progress, 5503 Brainerd Road. 2. 5503 Brainerd Road, the express oil change off Spring Creek Road and Eastgate Loop. Caller's advising people inside the buil- the building, looking through cars, possibly three people. Two possibly Hispanic male and one Black male. One has a red jacket, another has a white jacket. Unknown how long they've been inside.
