The scene says Mohammed, a Black male, early 30s, stalking the caller and taking pictures, parked in a silver Ford SUV, unknown weapons, drinking, drug use. Baker 36. Clear. 6th and chapter. Chapter 1, that was a female on the neighbor's porch and she actually went inside the call location. 4123, it's by her coming out now.
