HKL cars will go out of Stowington, be on the lookout for two masked individuals, one wearing a black hoodie and gray bottoms, the other wearing a gray sweatsuit. Last seen at number 187, Route 27 near town. They took off in an unknown direction. This was all witnessed on a ring camera, no physical contact. Again, it's going to be two masked individuals, one wearing a black hoodie and gray bottoms, the other wearing a whole gray sweatsuit. Last seen at 187. Route 27, Route 27 near town. Took off in an unknown direction. Unknown if it was on foot or in a car.
