I was driving down 5th to turn left on Wilshire and an officer stopped my car said “there was a shooting, we’re making sure no one is hiding in the trunk of a car” and checked my trunk before letting me drive off

We just walked back to garage 5 as we were told by the police attending to try to come back later when we initially went to our car. They just now said it shouldn’t be too much longer before we could enter and retrieve our car from the lot
