435 West North Street, 435 West North at the Jackson Friendly Home. Surgeon's calling in a suspicious unknown male, advising that the subject was carrying a red and black bag, was in the vestibule here at the building and took off around the side of the building after staff noticed him out there. Unknown what he was doing. He didn't leave the bag in front of the doors. They do not have eyes on him any longer.
