North Port 3, Edward 13, 1051, 3285 Tuscat Avenue, 3285 Tuscat Avenue, area of Edward 1. Subject was on his porch and took his daughter's bike, mask, wearing all white and black, Nike slides. Complainant followed him towards the dead end of Tuscat and found the bike on the side of the road. Complainant has video footage of the incident.
