The suspect keeps coming out on a balcony just above you. There's only one balcony on the third floor, 15 southbound. That's our target location. I just want to, this place would probably be a better place. Service 25, I need everyone to switch over to the TAC. All units responding to 3671 Western, switch to TAC 2, channel 38, TAC.
