A resident of apartment 9 has never heard of RP. I cannot get a hold of RP. You can clear this out. Copy. 1350 West Lake Lansing Road. Looks like staff's calling because a customer advised them there's a black male, dark-colored sleeveless shirt and a black female with a white shirt looking into cars, acting suspicious in the parking lot. 10-4.
