Ed 11 with that 21. If I could break you for a 1066, American River Canyon Oak. There's a male subject walking back and forth in the parking lot between a white truck and a blue van. My RP said it looks like he cut the lock on the jet ski that it's sitting on. Possibly trying to steal it.
