Responding to the vehicle versus Padmission and 14. PD's on scene. The advising was a person hit in the head. The question, 30 male hit in the head, not wearing a helmet. I guess a scooter rider is not wearing a helmet, but bleeding is controlled. And AMR 110, confirm responding, AMR 110.
