201, 422 residential at 2121 West College. Caller advised that this is their rental property, and on camera, there was a male walking around the storage shed that jumped the fence. It's a male, white, with a dark-colored baseball hat, long-sleeved, light-colored shirt and jeans with dark-colored shoes. Had a flashlight, unknown if he had anything else in his hands.
