Ladder 1, possible outside small fire at 1006 Taft Avenue. 1006 Taft. There's a lithium battery that's in a bucket. It is expanding. The RP is concerned it may explode. Apparently, there was a small fire that has been extinguished by the caller. Timeout 1933.
