Winter Heights apartment at 17229 32 Avenue South, near building E as in Edward. I guess there's a Hispanic male about 20 to 30, throwing some unknown objects at the children playing at the complex. No weapons seen, unknown if he's HPD or not quite sure. What he's throwing at them is called in by a resident. Copy.
