Benjamin Franklin, 605 North Campbell Street. Caller advised on the north side of the school in the parking lot. There is a white male, possibly under 18, carrying a tall stick, throwing it at the gate and ground. Has been there for approximately three minutes. Caller stated he looked unstable.
