148. 84. Responding, 6840 South 2700 West, the Pheasant Valley Apartment Complex. States there's a male in the parking lot behind the dumpster, going through his suitcase. 32-year-old, Caucasian, no shirt, black pants, has a red bike with a flat tire with him. It's going to be the southwest corner of the parking lot by the dumpster. I'll advise any further. 148, I copy, I'll be en route. 10-4.
