4215 Dodds Avenue, 4115 Dodds, between East 41st and East 42nd Street. Caller's advising possible disorder and 486 activity. It's going to be the alley behind this location. Four to five males and three females. Quite a bit of noise, arguing. All parties are on foot, advising there is drug dealing going on as well.Any North unit that can meet.
