Holding a shots fired at Lincoln Avenue and South Pennsylvania Avenue. Only one caller at this time. Nine shots were heard, nothing else seen. Medic 12, Dem Hall, 229 Dem Hall Road, inside the arena, by the back doors, for a 20-year-old female, injured her ankle. Center's clear. 6 Adam 62 for a medical demonstration hall. I know he said at least one on 496 to block the exit ramp to Lansing Road there.
