Civil disturbance, 1003 West 7th Avenue, cross streets of Weldon Street. RP advised there's children that live over on Weldon Street in the neighborhood that keep coming to her house, knocking on the door and then running away. Advised it's happened several times. She's already spoken to the parents, but it keeps happening.
