The victim had a visible injury to the back. Appeared to possibly be a stab wound. FD is not dispatching due to suspect and victim leaving. Information on incident 3315, RD 2069. Olympic units, additional on the vandalism suspect there now, 178 Northwestern Avenue.

Olympic units, information only on a possible ADW just occurred from 1091 South Hoover Street, the Food for Less. The suspect was last seen on a bicycle on Hoover towards James M. Wood. The suspect's a transient male, Hispanic, 25-35 years, gray shirt, yellow sweater, wrapped on the head, unkempt blue jean shorts with a towel or a rag. The victim was last seen running on Hoover towards Pico, male, white, mid-40s to 50s, blonde hair, green eyes, gray shirt with a stroller and a dog.
