For units responding, our RP's peeing in front of 146 South 1st Street. He's slurring his words pretty bad and not able to give us straightforward answers. 3 Blue 9, go ahead. He's advising that somebody pushed him and stole his bike one minute ago. You can clear the 305 from the call and just clear that out on me, please. Saying that they had a knife.3, we're having a hard time clarifying if he was.
