11R.Southside 2 and Southside 11R, start to 264 South 9th Street, the Mercy Behavioral Health Building. This is for a male running around outside, banging on the door. Said he has an emergency, needs to get let in. He's just acting not right. He's scaring the workers. It's going to be a Black male, 30-years-old, black clothes with red shirt wrapped around the tops of his head.
