14, go ahead. William 310, 3997 University at Walgreens. Made contact with caller in a blue van in reference to 10-50 in the parking lot. The caller did advise they let the other party leave and got the other party's contact information. It was negative answer on callback. We were unable to leave a voicemail to see if they actually needed a report.
