Other driver offered to pay for the damages with cash, but insurance company said she needs a police report. She received the insurance info, but the other person hasn't been answering her back. Report in part is a black Dodge Challenger. Other vehicles, a burgundy Nissan SUV, Maryland plate 54 at Boy George 4194.
