913, 916, 910, for your 43, same disturbance at 5257 Campbell Boulevard, 5257 Campbell Boulevard, cross streets of Philadelphia Road and Franklin Square Drive at TJ Maxx. Caller advised, a 60-year-old Black male standing outside, witness him starting trouble with two subjects. The caller advised she confronted him, wasn't posing to do anything, and then he started calling her names, and her subject's still standing outside. It's a Black male in his 60s wearing a white shirt with black pants. Green, over-able, black shorts.
