Information for units in the area of 32nd Street and Thomas. There's a Black female in her 30s, medium build, unknown clothing, in a blue Kia Optima with a plate of 28 Adam 2 King X-ray. Road raging, trying to run completely off the road, being verbal. Last seen pulling into complex on 32nd Street.

One of the vehicles involved is a blue Kia Optima with plates 28A2KX.

 Engine 28, based on that information and the info in the PTI, Phoenix Police would respond for this, so they have a call-in at this time.

 They also had a report that the driver might have been ETOH.

 It was possibly medically related on our end, but nothing's confirmed since you're still evaluating.
