2 Sam 7 to copy for a 952 at 14th Avenue and Business Drive in 7C Charles. An unknown subject just came up to the caller and asked the caller to call 911. He said he needed police and possibly an ambulance, but did not say what he needed the emergency services for. Subject is now sitting down in the parking lot.
