10-4, I have a noise complaint. It's going to be 5800 Annapolis Road. Caller lives at the Phoenix. He's advising there's someone playing really loud music either in the parking lot or across the street and is disrupting his religious studies. He believes it's violating the town code. It's very loud. 10-4.
