28, you say you do see him? I do not. I just got off the phone with the caller. She said he was on the side of the chop tank on the Goodwill side, which isn't there anymore. So he would be on the northbound side. No one's walking up to me. Everybody seems to be, so I'm just going to keep looking for him on foot. Anybody else nearby? 188 to that unit, do you have a good description of this individual? Supposed to be a number one male, tan shirt, a little bit of an afro.
