Units driving around the area, Porter Apartments, came in for 212 West Hillsdale. There was a male urinating outside, aesthetic male, white jacket with blue trim. Told the caller they would deal with them, no weapons were seen, and got into an unknown vehicle at the Porter Apartments. Caller does not want contact.
