He's wearing a aqua blue shirt, carrying a white bag, has a knife in a cardboard box, possibly a large kitchen knife. He did take it out and tried to chop a tree down. RP told him no and he started walking eastbound. This is Olive and Adeline, he should be southbound on Thorne. Did not threaten the RP, but she's concerned.
