I’m surprised Cottman doesn’t have speed cameras or speed bumps. 🤔

Every one is a hurry or going really fast n don’t drive the right speed limit
& f*cked up the parked truck bc everyone wanted to drive like a dh. Smh.
They must’ve been going pretty fast for that. Isn’t the speed limit 25.
