612 West Mount Hope. 612 West Mount Hope. Caller is a neighbor nearby. Said that there was a screaming match between a female and a black male. And was threatening to beat up our caller, apparently, over a parking spot. Female was yelling at him to leave, and then was yelling about racism. Sounds like the man be parked in the alleyway just off of Mount Hope, White Ford. Secretary, can I? Yeah, I'm sorry.
