Motion 31. Motion 31. 1 Avenue South and South Brandon Street. For the last 30 minutes, there's a vehicle that's backed up to a box truck, and the subjects inside of the box truck appear to be moving items with hand trucks into the vehicle. The caller stated that this is the same box truck that this has been done to before and believes that there's possibly stolen items involved. 1 Avenue South and South Brandon.
