Disturbance in progress at Bethany Park, 6500 Vine Street. Contacting Carrie Kramer. Said a 40-year-old white male, blue shirt, gray shorts, and a 40-year-old white female, dress in all pink, were both possibly code 19 and code 74 in a dark Chevy truck. Were verbal with our caller after they were asked to stop and wash in the area.
