Ambassador Apartments at 19 Bradford Street. Caller advisor's a Thomas subject, white male, unknown clothing. He's been wandering the hallways for the past hour, going between each floor. Sounds like he's in distress. They were afraid to open the door. I believe somebody should check it out.
