Domestic with the boyfriend or ex-boyfriend, Kevin Hawkins, light-complected, male, black, 38, on foot, still harassing the caller. Dark cap, white t-shirt, dark pants, dark shoes. Offender is intoxicated on drugs.

New to the board in 11 as a domestic, 207 South Whipple for the officer who's just left the scene and the male black offender is back. Nothing further. That might be a delay in the call. We just escorted her out of the neighborhood.

That said, the male, Black, ex-boyfriend's outside running back and forth, throwing rocks. Nothing further. We didn't see anybody outside. He might have come out later. We'll be in progress. 10-4.
