I believe it does live there but I think the owner may have release the dogs. It’s two of them but three on the inside of the gate.
The collar didn't have any info on it?
@MontanabornANDraised420 I wasn’t able to see anything on the collar from where I was such a key tag. I didn’t want to touch them because i believe they may be guard dogs for this property.
It looks like it lives there...
I tried to give the dog water and food. I left it where they are.
