en route to the southwest corner of the parking lot at Walmart, 4700 North 27th Street. Ryan Peters is calling us from a Wi-Fi-only phone. Said he's with his friend Eddie, unknown last. Stated that Eddie's RV was stolen last year, but it wasn't reported to police. However, police somehow know about it. They stated that they found the RV in this parking lot. It's only one in the lot. Eddie's currently standing near it.
